There was a time when Beats by Dre headphones were the must-have item for anyone with a love of music and a lot of money. (I had the love of music but no money at that point.) Wait, or is it Beats by Dr. Dre? What they’re actually called is pretty confusing, as the person in this post learned.

Here’s what’s confusing: the original headphones did say “beats by dr. dre” on them. But the company that makes them is currently called “Beats by Dre”; I can’t figure out if they were always called that or if it’s a new thing. The point is, it’s not surprising this guy is so confused. I can’t keep it straight, either.
