I had to read this one several times to try to understand what they meant by this, and honestly, I’m still not sure I know. So I have taken to the Internet to research the history of the name of the cereal, so if you’re as confused as I am, read on.

The cereal has never been called “Fruit Loops.” Some websites will try to convince you otherwise, claiming that it was called by that name early on and then quickly changed, thus encouraging the Mandela effect. But there seems to be no evidence for this claim. As far as I can tell, it has only ever been called “Froot Loops.”
